About the role:
- Lead a modern, high-impact People function for a remote international business.
- Support creative teams across 15+ countries and shape the employee experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the full employee lifecycle: talent, development, engagement, and compliance.
- Use AI and technology to simplify HR services and onboarding.
- Manage acquisitions integration and culture-building initiatives.
What we're looking for:
- 8+ years HR experience in fast-growing, remote international environments.
- Strong HRIS, employment law, and project management skills.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent and an entrepreneurial, agile mindset.
