Consultant Relations Director

Accountabilities:

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key contacts and senior leaders across major employee benefits consulting organizations.
• Leverage an established consultant network to increase awareness and generate new employer partnership opportunities.
• Position products, capabilities, and clinical solutions to maximize inclusion in employer opportunities, RFIs, and RFPs.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in employer benefits, consultant relations, or a closely related field.
• Established relationships and a strong professional network across leading benefits consulting organizations.
• Exceptional presentation, public speaking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
