Leader Effectiveness Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the action planning enablement approach, including standards for plan quality, leader guidance, and support resources.
• Provide tiered leader enablement, including targeted coaching for priority leaders and scalable self-service tools for broader populations.
• Facilitate leader working sessions that translate listening results into clear commitments, owners, and follow-through plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, I-O Psychology, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 6 years of experience in leader enablement, OD, coaching, change management, or internal consulting.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills with a practical orientation and credibility with leaders.
