Billing Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for billing-related customer inquiries, including invoices, payments, and disputes.
• Walk customers through billing questions, explain charges, and resolve discrepancies using internal dashboards.
• Manage enterprise account billing, dunning communications, and vendor invoices.

Requirements:

• A genuine customer service orientation — patient, personable, comfortable on the phone.
• Experience resolving billing disputes, collections, or accounts receivable/payable issues.
• Comfort working with complex, recurring billing cycles (usage-based or subscription billing a plus).
