Senior TA Operations Specialist

Workday Testing and Implementation:

• Partner with the Workday project team and TA stakeholders to document requirements, write and run test scenarios, and track defects.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing with recruiters and coordinators, ensuring issues are resolved before go-live.
• Validate data and process flows between Workday and other TA systems, and help prepare cutover and training materials.

Post-Launch Support and Process Improvement:

• Be a first point of escalation for Workday questions and issues from TA, resolving what you can and routing the rest with clear context.
• Iterate on processes after launch by gathering feedback, finding friction, and proposing improvements.
• Keep process documentation and job aids current as configuration and workflows change.

Core Systems Resolution and Continuous Improvement:

• Resolve system issues affecting core processes like backfills, conversions, and requisition alignment between Greenhouse and ChartHop.
• Investigate data and sync discrepancies, fixing root causes or escalating with clear summaries.
• Track recurring issues and partner with the enablement team to improve training and guidance.
