Customer Service Representative BeNeLux

Role:

• You will be the main point of contact for international B2B customers in the BeNeLux region, managing order processing, pricing, and delivery scheduling.
• You will work cross-functionally with sales, logistics, and production to ensure smooth, first-class customer service.
• You will monitor market trends and contribute to optimizing internal service processes.

Qualifications:

• You have completed commercial or technical training, a degree, or equivalent qualification.
• You bring solid experience in B2B sales or customer service, ideally with technically complex products in an international environment.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English, with strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
