Overview:
- Full-time permanent role with remote work flexibility.
- Supports the employee lifecycle combining HR administration with culture initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support for People Team programs and processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, and organizational charts.
- Coordinate employee lifecycle events including onboarding and offboarding.
Key Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in HR or related field with 2-5 years experience; bachelor's preferred.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and customer service mindset.
Preferred Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with SharePoint, Trello, Teams or similar collaboration tools.
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures in a government contracting environment.
