Customer Service Representative, Commercial Auto Insurance

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service and policy support to agents and carriers via phone, email, and chat.
• Review and process policy documentation including applications, binders, and endorsements.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and collaborate with internal teams.

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; experience in commercial insurance or customer service preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
