How you'll spend your time:

• 40% discovery, requirements, and business immersion.
• 40% light system work and ownership (Salesforce config, triage, roadmap for non-Salesforce tools).
• 20% coordination, communication, and roadmap management.

What you own:

• Business immersion and problem intake.
• Requirements authorship and light Salesforce configuration.
• Solutioning with your AI Ops partner and non-Salesforce systems roadmap.

What great looks like:

• You define scope, requirements, and definition of done for every build.
• You find problems before they are filed and ship with your AI Ops partner.
• You know workflows and tools well enough to push back and guide paths forward.

What you'll have:

• High agency and 6+ years in a business analyst, ops, or systems role.
• High Salesforce fluency and evidence of building beyond CRM.
• Strong discovery instincts, project management, and clear communication.
