About the Role:
- You own the long-term partnership with higher education institutions, setting strategic direction and aligning goals with the PeopleGrove platform.
- You lead a team of Engagement Managers to drive adoption and ensure renewal outcomes across your portfolio.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct annual strategy sessions with institutional stakeholders to align campus goals with the platform.
- Manage renewal strategy, including forecasting, timing, and negotiation.
- Serve as the senior point of contact for institutional leadership and advocate for client needs.
Who You Are:
- You have 6+ years in client success or account management, with experience in higher education or SaaS.
- You possess strong strategic and consultative skills, and a data-driven approach to tracking account health.
- You have a Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
