Job Description:
- We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Support Engineer to join our global End User Support team.
- This role will provide high-quality technical support and act as an escalation point for complex issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a global team to deliver consistent end-user support.
- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS, and Intune.
- Manage incidents and service requests via Jira Service Management and contribute to major incident resolution.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of enterprise IT support experience with strong troubleshooting skills.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, and ITSM platforms like Jira.
