Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Partners supporting hourly and professional manufacturing hiring.
- Partner with operations leaders on workforce planning, recruiting strategy, and talent pipeline development.
- Drive recruiting performance through data, metrics, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field.
- 7+ years in talent acquisition including leadership of multi-site manufacturing recruiting.
- Experience leading high-volume hourly and professional recruiting in manufacturing.
