Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire customer lifecycle from onboarding to growth for Unlayer’s high touch customers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Unlayer’s clients and serve as trusted consultant.
  • Meet and engage with customers regularly sharing product updates, handling renewals, and answering questions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience in a technical customer success and/or account management role.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, Javascript & SDK is a must.

Work Requirements:

  • Must be able to work between East Coast hours.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer focused with a passion for ensuring customer success.
