Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire customer lifecycle from onboarding to growth for Unlayer’s high touch customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Unlayer’s clients and serve as trusted consultant.
- Meet and engage with customers regularly sharing product updates, handling renewals, and answering questions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in a technical customer success and/or account management role.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, Javascript & SDK is a must.
Work Requirements:
- Must be able to work between East Coast hours.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer focused with a passion for ensuring customer success.
