Commercial Operations & Deal Desk Manager

About the Role:

• You will sit at the intersection of Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure deal integrity.
• Reporting directly to the COO, you will serve as a key control point from agreement through implementation handoff.

What You’ll Do:

• Validate deal economics and align upstream/downstream terms.
• Review commercial contracts including MSAs, SOWs, order forms, and NDAs.
• Maintain CRM integrity and own implementation handoff.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4–8+ years of experience in deal desk, commercial operations, or related roles.
• Substantial hands-on commercial contract experience required.
• Strong financial and spreadsheet skills with exceptional attention to detail.
