About the Role:
- State arbitration needs a dedicated leader to drive strategy, operations, and execution.
- You'll build state arbitration into a formal function with its own strategy, workflows, and team.
- You'll own the full lifecycle of state arbitration across ~20 states.
What You'll Do:
- Own state arbitration strategy end to end and build a deliberate roadmap.
- Build the state filing process from the ground up across states with real volume.
- Lead and grow the State Arbitration team, including hiring and scaling.
Who You Are:
- 8–10 years of progressive management experience in Revenue Cycle Management or adjacent industry.
- Comfortable with Excel and data analysis; SQL and AI tooling experience is a strong plus.
- A strategic thinker who is also willing to be hands-on and build structure from ambiguity.
