Mission & Overview:
- Drive the strategic direction for how camps learn and implement our platform.
- Ensure white-glove onboarding for complex accounts and self-serve for smaller ones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set the roadmap and priorities for Implementation and Learning teams.
- Manage and develop a team of specialists, holding them accountable to standards.
- Partner with Product, Success, and Sales to keep learning ahead of platform changes.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience managing people and setting strategy in a SaaS business.
- Familiarity with best practices in Learning and Implementation, including AI-driven changes.
- Ability to use data to define metrics, track impact, and adjust approach.
