Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business by owning the full commercial motion from identifying targets to closing complex, high-value enterprise deals.
  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline, navigating complex buying committees across sustainability, procurement, finance, and legal teams.
  • Lead deal discovery, solutioning, pricing, contracting, and negotiation, maintaining accurate CRM reporting and forecasts.

Strategy & Market Engagement:

  • Partner with leadership and product teams to design and update the company's Scope 3 go-to-market strategy.
  • Stay ahead of evolving regulations like GHG Protocol and CSRD, serving as an internal subject matter expert on buyer needs.
  • Provide market intelligence to shape product roadmap and pricing, and collaborate with Marketing on audience-specific campaigns.

Qualifications & Fit:

  • Bring 5-10+ years of enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of closing multi-six- and seven-figure ARR deals.
  • Possess deep familiarity with Scope 3 emissions, sustainability reporting, and land-based supply chains, preferably within food, beverage, or CPG.
  • Demonstrate a hunter mentality with self-sourced pipeline, resilience, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving startup environment.
