Essential Job Functions:

  • Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process for open requisitions, to include sourcing and qualifying.
  • Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and extend offers.
  • Proactively source BMET candidates using job boards, social media, and internal databases.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive referrals from current employees and external networks.
  • Promote the company brand by leveraging social media and partnerships.
  • Maintain candidate database via the Applicant Tracking System.
