Position Summary:
- Support PBA account teams for Health Plan, TPA, and copay card clients.
- Partner with account teams to enhance client satisfaction and assist with daily tasks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet the needs of clients and their members.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manage timely and accurate execution of client benefit requests, including changes and new implementations.
- Analyze incoming requests and work with teams to complete required documentation.
- Lead pre- and post-implementation quality assurance and testing to validate coding accuracy.
Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree with strong academic performance or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years in PBM, health plan, benefits consulting, or healthcare.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SQL and data experience a plus.
