Founder's Outreach and Relationship Manager

About the Role:

• You'll run founder's outreach and relationship management, a high-leverage growth function.
• You'll define who's worth reaching and build a steady pipeline of meetings with prospects, partners, and influencers.

Responsibilities:

• Find the right people to reach, inside and outside the founder's network.
• Reach out on the founder's behalf, warm up contacts, and book meetings.
• Monitor social media to spot engaging people, manage CRM, and prep for meetings.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years in relationship management or outbound sales, ideally in tech, with a track record of building double-sided value.
• Exceptional written and spoken English, high personalization, and emotional intelligence.
• Proactive, ambitious, process-minded, and comfortable building from scratch in a fast-paced startup.
