Purpose of the Role:
- Responsible for the day-to-day leadership and execution of the Justice sector strategy
- Working in close partnership with the Director of Justice & Health
- Ensuring that strategic priorities are translated into clear delivery plans
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the ongoing shaping and refinement of the Justice sector strategy
- Support sector growth and revenue by helping to execute the strategy
- Commission, coordinate, and oversee delivery packages and initiatives that support strategy execution and customer success
Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience working within the Justice system, wider public sector, or regulated environments
- Proven ability to support and execute complex strategies in fast-moving, multi-stakeholder settings
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate strategy into clear, actionable plans
