What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as a senior leader across both the Talent Acquisition and USRM Talent organizations, setting recruiting strategy and building strong, trusted relationships with senior leaders, talent partners, and team members.
  • Act as a strategic connector between Talent Acquisition and business leadership, translating business priorities into clear recruiting strategies and execution plans.
  • Participate deeply in senior leadership forums, proactively identifying talent implications and aligning recruiting execution with both short- and long-term business plans.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience leading talent acquisition strategy in a large, complex, and matrixed organization.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success developing and leading high-performing recruiting teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience plus at least 10+ years of progressively more responsibility required.
  • Prior insurance recruiting experience desired with executive-level Talent Acquisition ownership of a large or complex recruiting portfolio.
  • Customer and stakeholder focused with the ability to link business with recruiting strategies.
