Customer Success Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide consulting to customers on all website-related questions via calls, email, and chat.
• Handle customer requests in a timely, speedy, and effective manner.
• Resolve all customer issues with the goal of retention and promote our websites when opportunities arise.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English (Japanese, Spanish, or Chinese is a plus).
• Experience working with international customers and fast typing skills.
• Ability to psychologically analyze people, adapt to fluctuating circumstances, and provide professional solutions.

• Remote full-time opportunity with a Tuesday to Saturday shift (6:00 am – 3:00 pm UTC0).
