Customer Support Associate | Middle

What we're looking for:

• Strong written Russian and English at B1+ or higher.
• Confident computer literacy and comfort with digital tools.
• Experience with Intercom or similar helpdesk tools is a plus.

What you'll be doing:

• Respond to users and guide them through product use.
• Handle requests with empathy, escalate complex cases, and document solutions.
• Maintain clean processes and improve standard responses.
