About the role:
- We are seeking an exceptional Regional Sales Director to join our Revenue team.
- Focus on fully and self insured products in the 500-5,000 life segment.
- Manage relationships within our partnership ecosystem of brokers, consultants, and employers.
What you will do:
- Own revenue responsibilities for Garner’s offering.
- Continue and expand on Garner’s advisor partnerships.
- Develop foundational infrastructure for tracking fully insured sales and partnership pipeline.
Compensation Transparency:
- Target salary range (Base + Commission) is $300,000 - $325,000 annually.
- This position is also commission eligible.
- Compensation depends on qualifications, skills, and applicable laws.
