Job Summary:
- As an Implementation Support Specialist, you will support the Customer Success team.
- You will be responsible for coordinating with TPAs and internal teams to ensure smooth implementations.
What You Will Do:
- Gather TPA requirements and document them in standard templates and tools.
- Maintain project plans and open items logs for monitoring progress.
- Provide administrative support for data entry and client profile building.
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Healthcare/pharmacy experience strongly preferred.
- Strong coordination, communication, and multitasking skills.
