New Recruiter, Finance & Accounting (Contract)

About the Role:

• As a Contract Finance & Accounting Recruiter, you will attract and hire world-class talent for Anduril's growing finance team.
• You will collaborate with Finance Leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver on ambitious hiring needs.
• This is a six-month contract position where you will manage the full recruiting lifecycle.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct in-depth interviews and technical assessments for finance roles like FP&A, accounting, tax, and treasury.
• Engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, referrals, and specialized networks.
• Drive a diverse pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience from outreach to offer.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting focused on finance and accounting roles.
• Deep understanding of finance landscape, including GAAP/IFRS, financial modeling, and ERP systems.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with Finance Leaders and Hiring Managers.
