Your Responsibilities:
- Own the global onboarding strategy, operating model, and quality standards.
- Build, lead, and develop onboarding teams across Australia, the USA, Germany, and Poland.
- Own the function's key metrics and act as senior escalation point.
What You'll Bring:
- 8+ years of Enterprise SaaS implementation and senior leadership experience.
- Proven success building and scaling onboarding functions across multiple regions.
- Strong operational mindset and stakeholder management skills.
