- Own the strategy for employee experience, engagement, and culture health using data and insights.
- Advance ESG and inclusion priorities across people practices and leadership expectations.
- Strengthen employee connection to purpose, clarity, and support.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of progressive experience in talent, culture, organizational effectiveness, or related functions.
- Experience designing enterprise-wide programs in performance management, talent reviews, and leadership development.
- Strong business acumen, communication, and facilitation skills with ability to influence senior leaders.
