About the Team:

Tasks:
- Proactively reach out to VIP clients via calls, written communication, and CRM tools.
- Promote products and apply negotiation techniques to convert leads into loyal customers.
- Develop initiatives to boost satisfaction and retention while tracking client activity.
Requirements:
- English B2+ and native/bilingual in Portuguese and Spanish.
- Bachelor’s in Economics, Finance, or Business, plus experience in financial sales or account management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset.
