Position Summary:
- Deliver excellent patient centered service in a high-volume call center environment.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Two years of related experience (clerical, customer service, call center, healthcare) required.
- Preference for clinical experience or healthcare/hospitality background.
