Use ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-assisted tools for workflows.

Requirements:

5–8 years in talent acquisition, ideally in IT services or tech environments.
Strong ATS, HRMS, and recruitment reporting proficiency.
Experience with international recruitment across India, Europe, and APAC.
