About the Role:

• Own the HR and talent acquisition function for a growing, remote-first team.
• Combine hands-on people operations with end-to-end recruitment for significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and implement HR policies, onboarding/offboarding SOPs, and maintain accurate employee records.
• Own recruitment from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring decisions.
• Standardize workflows, collaborate with leadership, and continuously improve employee experiences.

Requirements:

• Hands-on exposure to HR operations and talent acquisition; open to 0+ years of experience.
• Strong English, communication, organizational skills, and remote work readiness.
• Self-directed, process-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
