About the Role:
- Serve as the primary coordinator of food delivery for members enrolled in meal-delivery and support programs.
- Provide high-quality customer support to existing and future members.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize existing resources to quickly address member order fulfillment issues.
- Ensure member orders are accurate and timely.
- Support other key needs as defined.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; minimum 2 years in customer support.
- Strong computer proficiency including Microsoft/GSuite applications.
- Detail-oriented with clear communication and problem-solving skills.
