Recruiter - Skilled Trades

Role Overview:

• The Technician Recruiter will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring skilled technicians.
• This individual will develop and implement recruitment strategies and collaborate with hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, identify, and attract qualified fire and alarm technicians through job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates to meet staffing needs.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of full life-cycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in the fire protection and security industry.
• Strong networking skills and proficiency in recruitment tools and ATS.

Work Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
