About the Role:

  • Develop and execute a consistent staffing strategy that supports exceptional experiences for both Clients and Care Pros.
  • Balance client needs with Care Pro wellbeing through thoughtful staffing and strong relationships.
  • Lead with empathy and operational rigor to drive staffing strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee market staffing strategy through Care Pro outreach, schedule building, and creative staffing processes.
  • Foster relationships with Care Pros to facilitate quality matches and improve retention.
  • Coordinate with Client Manager on daily priorities, share feedback, and execute care delivery.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in complex client management or high-volume customer service roles; staffing experience preferred.
  • Exceptional relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and comfort with technology, including scheduling or CRM systems.
