About the Role:
- Color is seeking a strategic sales leader to manage our Labor and Public Sector sales teams.
- You will lead a team of three direct reports, mentoring them to expand our footprint and win new business.
How You'll Contribute:
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of three high-performing sales professionals.
- Define and execute overall sales strategy for Labor and Public Sector segments.
- Actively participate in sales cycles for high-value accounts.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- 8+ years of sales experience in healthcare or public sector/labor solutions, with 3+ years in management.
- Demonstrated success in managing high-performing sales teams and achieving revenue quotas.
