University Instructors is seeking a dynamic recruiter passionate about supporting K-12 students.
You will work to provide teacher shortage solutions to districts and UI clients.

Responsibilities:

Provide sourcing strategies, screen applications, and conduct phone screens and interviews.
Manage candidate onboarding and use applicant tracking system daily.
Collaborate with team and clients to deliver sourced talent on time.

Qualifications:

Hold a bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of sourcing and recruiting experience.
Have at least 2-3 years of experience working in a K-12 educational setting.
Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
