Practice Onboarding:

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding for new practices from scanner delivery through first successful cases and handoff to steady-state.
  • Guide practices through a structured onboarding program with clear milestones, adapting to each practice’s staff structure and learning style.
  • Create and configure lab accounts; coordinate directly with lab partners on case workflows and submission requirements.

Clinical & Workflow Training:

  • Deliver engaging virtual and occasional in-person training across supported scanner platforms (Sirios X3, Trios, ICAM).
  • Provide hands-on live scanning coaching and chairside support for early cases to ensure first-case success.
  • Offer advanced training for complex workflows like AOX, dentures, and complex restorative procedures.

Early Adoption & Performance Monitoring:

  • Monitor first cases and early scan quality, delivering constructive feedback to improve technique.
  • Track practice performance against activation milestones and time-to-value targets.
  • Identify early risk signals during onboarding and escalate proactively to Customer Success.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Document onboarding outcomes, recurring friction points, and training effectiveness.
  • Recommend improvements to training curriculum, materials, and onboarding processes as the company scales.
