What you’ll do:
- Own and continuously improve the new store opening playbook and lead operational execution of launches.
- Collaborate with Recruiting and Learning & Development to support onboarding and ramp-up of retail and service teams.
- Oversee site readiness activities and lead soft launch activities to validate operational preparedness.
What you’ll bring:
- 7+ years of experience in new store openings, retail operations, or launch management.
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing medium to large teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
