Job Summary:

  • Responsible for the professional development of call center service staff.
  • Assists the training department in creating and delivering training to assigned call center department.
  • Collaboratively works with Managers and the training department to develop and execute training programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze assigned call center training needs, develop robust training programs.
  • Develop, design and deliver training on call center specific material.
  • Prepare materials, logistics, and technology needs for on-the-job training.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of mortgage servicing systems, investor guidelines, and mortgage insurance guidelines preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
