Job Summary:
- Responsible for the professional development of call center service staff.
- Assists the training department in creating and delivering training to assigned call center department.
- Collaboratively works with Managers and the training department to develop and execute training programs.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze assigned call center training needs, develop robust training programs.
- Develop, design and deliver training on call center specific material.
- Prepare materials, logistics, and technology needs for on-the-job training.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Knowledge of mortgage servicing systems, investor guidelines, and mortgage insurance guidelines preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
