Role Overview:
- Part-time fractional HR Director role supporting a remote, multi-state workforce.
- Independent, high-level HR expertise with meaningful organizational impact.
Accountabilities:
- Advise leadership on HR best practices for distributed teams and state-specific compliance.
- Consult with employees on accommodations, leave requests, and other personnel matters.
- Escalate sensitive or legally significant issues to corporate counsel as needed.
Requirements:
- 7–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including Director-level responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of employment law fundamentals, especially FMLA and accommodations.
- Excellent judgment, discretion, and written/verbal communication skills.
