The Role:
- Own US partner success from training to renewal, fully remote.
- Shape a new Americas presence and work with university leaders.
What You'll Do:
- Handle renewals, negotiations, and forecasts in HubSpot.
- Turn usage data into adoption plans and deliver trainings.
- Spot upsell opportunities with the US Account Executive.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years in account or customer success management.
- Comfort with data, LMS integrations, and negotiation.
- Resilience through slow cycles and clear communication.
