Primary Responsibilities:
- Administer and adjust Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), State, ADA, and company leaves.
- Handle high volume of incoming calls in a professional manner.
- Communicate clearly and concisely with callers while identifying their needs.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, High School Degree or equivalent required.
- 1-3 years Customer Service experience required, Call Center experience preferred.
- Exceptional communication and organization skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
