What You Will Do:
- Respond to customer inquiries through Pylon (our support platform), email, and chat in a timely and helpful manner.
- Troubleshoot issues related to account setup, candidate workflows, interview configurations, and ATS integrations.
- Help customers understand how to get the most out of HeyMilo's features, including AI interviews, candidate pipelines, and reporting.
Who You Are:
- You have 1+ years of experience in customer support, client services, or a similar customer-facing role at a SaaS or technology company.
- You're familiar with applicant tracking systems and understand how recruiters use them day to day.
- You're organized, reliable, and take pride in following through on every customer interaction.
