Customer Experience Representative

About the Role:

• We are looking for a Customer Experience Representative to provide world-class support to our global customers and partners.
• This is a US-based remote role where you'll help enterprises successfully implement SAFe and AI learning programs.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver front-line support through phone, online channels, and events while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Manage certification processes, LMS updates, and courseware distribution to support learners.
• Collaborate with partner and enterprise teams to continuously improve the customer experience.
