What you will be doing:

  • Process deals: create and manage quotes, order forms, and amendments in CPQ accurately and within SLA.
  • Route approvals: drive deals through the approval matrix, tracking status and looping in approvers.
  • Support reps: be the first point of contact for pricing and process questions, advising on contract options.

What you bring with you:

  • 3–4 years in deal desk, sales ops, or order management in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong stakeholder service mindset and clear communication.
  • Understanding of SaaS business models and subscription pricing.
