Responsibilities:

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle within your territory — from territory planning and prospecting through discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through direct outreach, broker and consultant partnerships, and industry events.
  • Forecast accurately against quarterly and annual targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of enterprise sales experience with a track record of closing large, complex deals.
  • Existing relationships within broker, consultant, and health plan communities.
  • Deep familiarity with the employer benefits buying process.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary range of $170K to $210K with commission eligibility.
  • Equity incentive program and comprehensive benefits including flexible PTO, medical/dental/vision, and 401(k) matching.
