Role and Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales motion from cold outreach to closed deal, building your own pipeline and managing long-cycle multi-stakeholder deals.
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline from cold outreach, existing leads, and attending 2-4 tradeshows per year across the U.S.
- Work directly with the CEO to set revenue targets and sharpen the ICP and sales playbook.
What You Will Own:
- Pipeline creation and health, from first touch to closed-won.
- Deal progression and a repeatable sales playbook refined from your own wins.
- Achieving $600K in ARR per year once fully ramped.
Ideal Background:
- 2-4+ years in B2B enterprise sales, with demonstrated experience selling to HR leaders at large enterprise organizations.
- Nonprofit health systems, higher education, or government experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to navigate long cycles, procurement committees, and budget processes.
