About the Role:
- Provide bilingual support to a dealer network on warranty policies, claims, and reimbursement.
- Review and process warranty claims for accuracy and compliance in a call centre environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls and maintain service levels.
- Process claims, corrections, and parts returns.
- Communicate with dealers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Full professional proficiency in French and English.
- 1+ years of call centre or related experience.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
